Harley Peet, Executive Chef In the fall of 2011, General
Manager of Ava's Pizzeria & Wine Bar, Harley Peet,
crossed the parking lot, put his chef coat & clogs
back on and fired up a Montague Steakhouse Broiler to open
Theo's Steaks, Sides & Spirits.
A Michigan native and a sailor at heart (and occasionally on the Miles River in St. Michaels,) Harley combines his Midwest passion for steaks & chops with his CIA trained attention to flavor and detail. Harley was previously the Executive Sous Chef at The Inn at Perry Cabin under Chef Mark Saulter, where they cooked for the rich and famous as well as St. Michaels locals.
